★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service poor quality, my gate got vibration when close....install the stopper and put the plat without proper place...install the home touch and accidently blackout and trip my electricity whole house few hours after installation.call for emergency rectification and their response simply said its not their fault..salesperson overpromise and the quality their given are poor workmanship...very bad experience on this company...i wonder how will their handle that 3years wty given if the answer its not their fault after few hours installation????from very disappointed cust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad response and staff are irresponsible. My Autogate still under warranty but nobody attended. Just imagine the main gate is open at the no guarded compound can’t have a peaceful night to sleep. The alternative to release the lock also fail…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within an hour I want refund back my controller , I found my controller can work after checking with another new battery. He said cannot. I feel like this company is not understanding customer , not really think of us first but only profit come first. I would said the service is really bad .. Where got a company in this era , this doing the business this way ?? Even shopee , lazada, you buy wrong item , you still can get refund back before it strt deliver to you .
