★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline I've ever used. They often make up baggage rules as no one can tell you how much you can or can't bring. Staff are rude. They refuse to accept many credit cards like Union Pay. Water is not free on the flight. I will never use this sh;t airline again. Please avoid AirAsia and try to use a decent airline like Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poorly run airline. They shouldn't be in business. Don't expect any money back if they cancel your flights, they'll make you rebook on a flight you don't need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for, so cant really complain. 1st time travelling with these guys. Im a full service person (eg; Emirates) but I couldnt be bothered dealing with Melbourne Airport so went to Avalon with Air Asia. I wanted to upgrade to flatbed, but you need to bid for that, so that was a no from me. I found all the optional add on prompts really tedious when booking online. Bonus was the Quiet Zone and a quiet flight so I laxed over 2 chairs in my row and watched a movie, had a meal and snacks, they were ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From flight reschedules and delays and to charging extra money for baggages. Air Asia is the worst airline company. They charge double for baggages if you have a connecting flight. Horrible experience while all other companies allow at least one free 20kg baggage for international flights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Case Airline Ever.
We booked an flight to Sabah and air asia fist moved our flight to another time and finally Air asia canceled our flight complete. Several requests and E-Mails later, Air asia denied to pay the money back on our Bank Account. If i buy a Ticket, i make an Contract with Air Asia and if Air Asia brake this Contract, they have to pay back. Unfortunately, Air Asia is not paying anything back, they are simply steel your money and put it on they Air asia credit account for your later use. We are done with this Airline once and for all as it was not the first time that Air asia shifted flights. It is not understandable how this Airline can work like this and no one is stopping them. Be very careful if you book any flight with Air asia as they are not reliable at all. We can only warn everyone to book any flight with Air asia.

Booked a flight and the payment could not be completed due to system error, however, my credit which is supposed to be used for partial payment already deducted from my account and could not be returned to my account unless I finished the payment for the booking, which is nonsense since the flight is already in the past! What a way to hog customer money! The complaint had been submitted since a month ago without any solution until now, which they keep insisting for me to fully paid the booking. The customer service did not even try to understand the issue and answering like a robot. Just take my credit as charity and please be assured I will never use any of AirAsia service in the future. The issue is not about the money, it is more on the competence and willingness of AirAsia to give fair solution to the issue which is not even the customer’s fault!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline I've experienced. Rescheduled my flights twice within 2 weeks and made me cancel and rebook all my connecting flights.
It also caused me to change my holiday plans twice! But the sad thing is theirs is the only airline flying to where I'm heading.
This will be first and last time I'll be using Airasia.
