No customer service contact via phone. All online services which you need to queue waiting for 200 people in the queue every half an hour and no attentive representative. Airasia customer service is getting worst day by day

I hate this place. They couldn't even let people to borrow their toilets for less than 5 mins! How can you deny human rights? Why is it that this company never cease to disappoint?

Unreliable. They’ll change your flight as they wish with invalid reason β€˜operational reasons’. It is obviously not honest and transparent. Yet, difficult to solve problem with that AVA.

Book and paid a ticket to kuching . 11 am on 20/5/2022.Then was informed that flight rescheduled to 11 +pm.Due to an appoinment have to travel in the morning.So paid additional rm100+ to rebook and confirm to a much earlier flight at 4.50am.But today received email that the 4.50 am flight is rescheduled to 10pm .What the hell. AIRASIA WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING .I PAID THE ADDITIONAL RM100+ TO RESCHEDULE THE NIGHT FLIGHT TO EARLY MORNING FLIGHT AND NOW TO BE RESCHEDULED BACK TO THE NIGHT FLIGHT.Back to square one again with me paying additional $ .pretty sure i should be entitled to the rm100+ refund.By the way if you dont have enough planes please dont confirm the ight bookings.Bloody useless airline.National embarassment.

Worst airlines ever, refuse to provide refund to my original payment method. Unlike Malaysia Airlines have fully refund me with original payment method for all flights cancellation due to covid19

Worse service airline and I will not use their service anymore. The lousiest is about their customer service for requesting refund from a cancelled flight by the flight operator. The flight was initially scheduled to depart on 29/1 and was cancelled. Been requesting for refund via online chat, filled up refund request form, even walked-in to their customer service yet non of them able to assists to do the refund and they just don’t know and have no knowledge. Typical 3rd country service (slack, chit-chat, goyang Kaki, makan Pisang) wonder how Mr. Tony.F managing his employees.

Most pathetic airline existing. None of flights are in time, no customer care nor any policies to cover anything when flights are delayed or cancelled. "Worlds best low cost airline" is biggest joke imaginable. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Overall rating is skewed by the 5-star reviews from people working here, which is actually ironic and hilarious because this company is clearly run by one Indian man as a mascot and his lousy AI only. For a company that dumps the entire responsibility of customer service on the AI, the least they could’ve done was to put a few more pennies into building a better one. Or perhaps it was their intention from the beginning to have the AI beat round and round the bush until you realise there is absolutely no way to have your problems solved. Most of the AA sales offices have been closed down and there is no phone number for the company. How did a pride-of-our-nation budget airline turn into a dodgy company like this?
