★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Aircon Hero, and I must say they are definitely much better than those that I have used before. Very professional from start of booking to job completion. Booking and notifications are all done online which is great for record keeping . Special mention to Raziah for her great customer service providing details of booking and following up on the job. The two service guys were punctual and completed servicing my 4 aircons within 3 hours for chemical wash indoor and outdoor. What I liked the most was that they had the right tools and equipment and experience to get the job done effortlessly and without a mess. Thank you.

They level of competency is indeed true. Besides that, the team showed a professional work ethics by being punctual and they were very polite and professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very knowledgeable and professional about my air conditioning system and advised the work to be done accordingly. They also had to come twice to do a more intensive overhaul cleaning and I was charged very fairly for the work done.
Highly recommended team compared to the ones I have tried before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, clean and fast. They also provided 1 month warranty. Most times the cleaners, just wash the filters and some spraying water here and there with cleaning of the casing. I wash the filter every 2 weeks but the amount of dust in the coils was very visible when they cleaned using their chemical and spray guy. They also checked the gas and filled it to spec. Good job and will surely use their service in the future.
