but 27th just they just delivery .ohya , the customer service interrupt the conversation and hang out the phone while i still talking !!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service as usual from airpak. They will say attempted delivery but no such thing would have happened hence they force u to head to their office to collect ure item. They usually won't bother to even pick up their phone.avoid if possible

โ โ โ โ โ Their service not even worth a star! Worst courier service ever! Checked in system stated my item out of deliver since few days ago but until now still haven't received. After called their company, they ask us to pick up the items on our own. Feel disappointed with their service.

โ โ โ โ โ Called and inform livestock arrived, but unable to sent out on that day, and ask if I can go and collect personally. Oh well, at least they informed. Went and collect on my own.

Not recommended for sending package overseas
