★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have used this firm to purchase our house and due to their incompetence, the developer have charged penalty on late disimbursement of funds.. this firm refused to own up their fault and refused to pay up the penalty and till date we cannot have our keys to our house..DO NOT TRUST THIS SOLICITOR & ADVOCATES!!
