I brought my girlfriend here today to alter 3 clothes which she bought was already ready made. It was just a simple request asking to make it smaller as it was too big for her. While explaining to the chinese aunty which is working there (assuming also the owner), she didn't offer to even go to the fitting room and try it and just asked us to show the clothes.
After showing, the auntie said out of 3 clothes, only 1 she was able to do the alteration. She kept mentioning for the clothes that she couldn't do that since its ready made and the way it was stitched, she cannot do anything and doesn't want to hear what we are actually requesting to be done and her tone was really rude to the customers.
From her tone of voice throughout the process, we already didn't feel nice being in the shop. I kindly told the auntie that we would like to survey around first since she only can stitch one which is not what we expected the outcome to be during the visit, and she immediately started scolding us mentioning "Do you know I'm busy?" "Please don't come back ever again to my shop and waste my time anymore " and continued to curse in chinese to her husband in the shop. This aunty seems to be really racist to different races.
Thankfully, I managed to find another alteration shop nearby where the tailor accepted all 3 clothes and provided a really reasonable price. There are better shops out there, please do not waste your precious time coming to this one.
