★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was great.. the food was good.. with that ambiance, i dont mind the price of the food haha. Everything from food to customer service is under control since i when there before peak hours ? my suggestion is maybe u guys can slow down the music volume, ruin the mood hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time went Akarr Cafe. Newly development areas at Puncak Alam especially Eco World town city.
Place not too crowded during the visit at around 3 pm.
Decor interior nice and interesting, with ground level and mezzenie level.
Ordered pasta alfredo and chicken fritters, with teh tarik and ice lemon tea.
The drink feels good and tasty especially teh tarik, good foam and tea flavour nice.
Pasta alfredo okay, can be better. Maybe should put parsley instead of saldery leaves. Chicken fritters came with curly fries, chili sauce and mayonise. Chicken fritter can be better if they use different batter of flour perhaps, but still okay to eat especially came in hot. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is okay. For the food it’s not worth the price that I paid. I asked the staff to take a look at my pan grill salmon, he did change it but it was still the same. No “sorry” , he explained to me that “it’s pan grill not deep fried and that’s why they gave the lemon” ?, talked to me as I were stupid enough to understand it was supposed to be eaten that way. Obviously, I said I went to other restaurants and cafés and insisted that I never received raw salmon. This was the first and last I’ll be eating here, not recommended as the food were not good.
P/s : if Akarr Cafe’s boss is reading this, please train your staff for better. There are people reviewing bad stuff about your cafe. Your cafe could improve for better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decor & setting, not your typical malay owned restaurant. Nice and tasteful modern styling and ambience. However, the place is quite hot which makes it quite uncomfortable. Poor airconditioning especially on the Mezz Floor. The servers are inexperienced which leads to lots of confusion. Food took very long to arrive. Most dishes are on the salty side either local or western. It is a sad thing as the place has potential. Needs the manager to give more attention to service, and especially tackle the poor airconditioning. We had to leave quickly.
