โ โ โ โ โ Glorified apartment blocks. no gym. no pool. Chain link perimeter fence with zero security. Haphazard parking at times along the access roads and cars without access stickers allowed into premises. Some case of rowdy behaviour by drunken residents. On site supervisors who are mostly not around or not interested in residents problems.

โ โ โ โ โ No gym. Chain link fence. No proper security. Petty theft high. Common rubbish dump smelly. Drunken n rowdy behaviour by tenants. Empty Apartments not maintained. Improper parking by some tenants blocking the road. Tenants/visitors taking up other residents parking. Management staff unable/unwilling to handle complaints. Roads in residential neighbourhood uneven n potholed. Streetlights most times off at night. Cows roam the streets endangering vehicles, drivers n pedestrians.

โ โ โ โ โ Small 5 floor apartments, in Bandar Botanic. Strict security, tenants have car pass to.open boom gates ,no visitor parking inside. Units small but enough, no.lifts only stairs.
