โ โ โ โ โ The ambience is nice and service staffs were friendly. Foods were served on time and I am quite impressed. And Specially the Yaki Chef very friendly and his food are good ,So young and talented. Looking forward to come again??

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered Set, the set consist of cooked item and sashimi, cooked item came 30 mins after order, sashimi, didnโt show up even after an hour.
Waiter/ waitress is ok, worst meal serving ever experienced in a Japanese Restaurant! If wanna come here, consider Sushi King better

โ โ โ โ โ Called the restaurant to make reservation, but when I reached there, the waitress informed me no reservation was made. After further checking, they realised they missed out the reservation. Well, after that we are being seated at ordinary seat.
I ordered food, but waited for very long time. I reminded the waitress first time, she said the food needs longer time to prepare. After waiting a long time again, I reminded the waitress for second time and she said the food in progress. Again, waited for sometime, I checked with them again and being told food in preparation. Lastly, a waitress came over mentioned they forgot to place the order for food! Then, I continue, but the food seems never reach. They appears to have no sincerity to expedite the food order at all. What kind of services is this!! The worst eexperience I had for restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered 6 items and in the end 3 of the items have sold out ? Prices are slightly above average. Satisfactory service. The atmosphere is slightly noisy, tables are closely packed therefore the environment is not really comfortable. The food served are okay but there are definitely better choices of japanese restaurants nearby in penang. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Worst Japanese Restaurant. Not worth your money Sushi King is even better and cheaper! Service is really bad, workers are not well-trained, rude, don't even have simple manners (thank you).
Made us wait about 1 hour for our food and there's only a few tables plus 4 floor workers.
Ordered their "signature" dish Akiyoshi Roll, their avocado was not ripe, hard and bitter. When we asked the waitress about this, she daringly said "Oh we only found out when the sushi chef cut open the avocado and all the other avocado are also not ripe". So she just admitted to serving me not ripe avocado and expect me to just eat it? They could've at least tell me beforehand so I can cancel or get something else.
Even gave their waitress cake (celebrate my bday here) and she didn't even say thank you. Very rude and cocky.

โ โ โ โ โ We had read some bad reviews but thought we'd give it a go and we had some of the best sushi we've ever had!
All of the staff were attentive and very polite and could not be faulted. There was a lovely calm atmosphere too.
Highly recommend if you want some delicious food - especially the salmon sashimi and soft shell crab rolls!

โ โ โ โ โ Lavishly decorated Japanese joint with a decent range of food and booze and live music. Currently have an Oktoberfest promotion where you can get RM5 half-pints of Carlsberg before 7:30pm.
Classy decor with powerful display and sound system. Great view of the ocean if you manage to get a window booth.
Food is reasonably tasty and well presented, although pricing is a little on the high (although for the Automall area I suppose it's fair). Service is quick and the staff are quite attentive, although they probably oversell a bit on the promotions.
Good place to chill, although it can get a bit loud once the crowd builds. Decent vibes. Will be back for the cheap booze, and green eggs and ham! Or maybe that was just the lighting...
Hint: Wear blue to get their discount after you subscribe to their social media.
