Quality - professional service. Everything are wrapped, fast service, cooperative team. All documentation for the moving process to a condo are all in order. They even liaise with the condo office.
Responsiveness - all the sales discussion were effectively done via whatapps, even the quaotation.
Punctuality - They arrived at the set time, start work, all packed and ready to go within 1.5hrs. 5 manpowers!! Unloading and rearranging at the condo done in 1hrs!! All is done in 4hours. Marvelous.
Thanks AKMOVERS for making the moving process flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dirtied the wall in our place. I could find finger prints everywhere. It was frustrated when we just renovated the place. Yes they did return to clean it up after I filed a complaint. The leader apologized but also told me it was normal for them to stain the wall when moving, a bit is okay. Then he said my furnitures were dusty as it was kept in the warehouse for months. I was speechless. Was it my fault now? Normal quality of work, not worth for the fees they charged us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i didn't agree to pay the new on the spot extra fees they were not going to start to move anything. I didn't have the queen sleeper couch, no reclining love seat, no refrigerator and not one piece of my queen bedroom suite that was in the estimate, but yet told me the two tower entertainment unit ( also in the estimate) would be an extra $800 to move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came on time with seven workers. Workers are well mannered and did a great job in packing n u packing. Was very careful with my stuff and also very careful when they came to my new place as my flooring is all wood. They are very responsive on WhatsApp. They may be a bit pricey but they did a good job. I am happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously crazy expensive. Was quoted 11k for moving stuff from a terrace house. For that price might as well I rent the house next door for 6 months.
Other company quoted between 3-4k for the exact same service
