Air kosong + nasi separuh + ulam + taugeh + daging + tempe = RM 18
Similar dish in another shop will cost me RM 12 the most.

Lots of parking and seating available.
Price is reasonable.
Each patin cost between 20 - 40 depend on size
Each scoop of daging salai cost rm 10
