โ โ โ โ โ The workers aren't aware of their products. Ni taktau tu tak tahu. The menus available are a mess cuz so many things in the menu.
The prices are quite exorbitantly priced especially when u consider you're located in Kuala Kangsar. Come on lah be realistic.
The taste? Could be better if the price are fairly priced. LOL boohooo.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was acceptable but the service was awful. Took 40 minutes for the food to arrive, eventhough there were only 3 customers in the restaurant, including me. I didn't order a fancy food though, just ordered kebab sandwich, but they messed up the order & served me something else. Waited for another 10 mins for my food to arrive.
Okaylah they messed up the order & they apologized; I didn't care much as I was hungry at that point of time. So I ate my food & went to the counter to pay. I was literally standing at the counter & looking around for the cashier, while the staff were sitting and chit-chatting. Then one of them saw me & asked "Nak bayar ke?".."Ey tak lah, just standing here for fun.." ?
Come on lah...Be more professional & prioritize your customers!

โ โ โ โ โ Come here for berbuka. With 5 families they put up a very narrow table. Drinks obtained after breaking time last about 20 minutes. Can improve the presentation of Nasi Arab dishes. There is only Chicken or Lamb with rice and sambal. No vegetables. The taste is also so so. Price quite high.

โ โ โ โ โ i bought hummus for takeaway and the hummus doesnt even remotely taste like hummus at all. I eat hummus regularly and i know how hummus is like. So i end up throwing rm12 worth of hummus to the bin as it is not edible. I have not tasted other menu so no comment on that. 1 thing i notice your pricing is way higher than arab store in ipoh and even some in klang valley. why?

โ โ โ โ โ The foods were nice and exquisite. The atmosphere was good nice place to take the family out. But there is one thing that can be improved is the service. Since it is an elegant type restaurant the employees need to know or learn how to answer customers questions professionally. Staffs were okay not rude at all. It's okay it takes time. Keep it up. Maybe I'll come back again later

โ โ โ โ โ I have no problems with the price on each menus at all. The environment in the restaurant quite cozy. I ordered a glass of Hazelnut Coffee, Chicken Mandy and Lamb Kebab. Chicken Kebab quite okay. However, Hazelnut Coffee too sweet. The taste of Lamb Kebab also kinda disappointed. There's no soul, lack of ingredients from it's original recipe. The taste was so terrible. Like I found in night market that run by local Malays. My advice is either you need to train your staff well or you need to improve the food taste quality. Please take care of your heritage cuisine. This is your pride.
