★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters seem uninterested and got our orders wrongly even after he repeated it twice. Food were more of localised / Malaysianised version of Middle Eastern Food. The food and service rating is 2/5.
The decor was 4/5 and it is indeed a very well decorated restaurant.
Be prepared to have the Air Asia experience with its plastic utensils which was the most surprising element of all.
The price is premium but for the food and service we received at Al Diafah, it was definitely not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For chicken mendi or lamb and other arabian cuisine...this is the place that we go to...taste better, meat soft, juicy and tender, drinks and yummy desserts! Pls call for reservation (recommended) as today a few batches of visitors, were turnaway as kitchen closed early due to insufficient stock to cook.. (so sad for them)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dined in at too many middle eastern restaurant before in Malaysia, Germany & Vienna. But this restaurant are different, they have their own signature dish. Al-Diafah rice with chicken grill, with lambchop, with lamb grill, and so on.. The rice dish are very delicious. I really recommend diner who love middle east delicacies, please try dine in at this luxury restaurant ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is spacious and very suitable for any gathering. We went quite late so they don't have the lamb, but we opted for chicken. So come early or make a reservation before coming if you really want to get full manu available. The mendy rice was good and in quite a large portion but the kunafa is just average. Worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al diafah rice is consider the best so I opted to dine here one night. Its unique and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended.
The front part of the shop is a shop selling saffron, dates and other items. Many in beautiful packaging can be bought as gifts.
The rest of the shop is a restaurant. Beautiful setting.
