★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Disorganised agency that didnt even bother to provide options for our stay. Provided a list of possible hotels, but only once we have paid in full we knew which hotel we were going to stay. 3 months prior to our trip, after paying booking fee we asked but were not given. We were forced to stay where they choose.
2. Not allowed to pay for ground transfer only; if we decide to choose another airline, trip womt be available.
3. Flight seats were in disarray. Infant sitting alone at first. Didnt ask pref of our seating arrangement; ie aisle or window or together.
4. Gave enrich no. Not one was credited. Despite being assured it will be done. Upon returning from trip, their reasoning was that we did not give our “card” together with passport.
5. Outdated itinerary for Korea.
6. Treating our trip as theirs without asking our input.
7. First and last time using this agency.
8. They may be good with umrah and haji but for personal family trips elsewhere, much work is needed to be better in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Ilmi is new to me tho it's been around for some time now. Having heard how she enjoyed her East Europe Tour plus the fair price I decided to try this company. Korea is a short 6 day tour that doesn't take much time or much expenses. The local Korean guide, Mr. Don was excellent, being considerate all along. Accommodation was at 3 to 4 Star hotels. Altho a small minority are Muslims, its a pleasant surprise to note a whole street given to Halal food. Islam is still new to Koreans,but Prayer rooms are found. At Winter Sonata Island, spacious Solat rooms are divided between Men and Women. Weather is cool. Streets are clean.We enjoyed the trip and it was worth the money spent.
