★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive now. Washing rm6, drying rm4. The machine not clean everytime i go there, a lot of soap dump inside soap compartment. ?? May need to find other laundry in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend Aladin Dobi especially in Damai Utama, Puchong.
on 4th Nov 2019, about 4.30pm, I came to the dobi, abou 5pm, the machine #2 was spinning unsually fast and loud as if it is going to explode, when finally stopped, the washer door's was broken, my clothes was still inside the machine.
I called Aladin Dobi Customer Careline, the customer care agent told me no one available to come and take a look, she said "keluar baju aje". is this the customer service you should provide?
I calle again at 5.3opm, another customer care agent answered, promised to contact the boss, I waited for another 20 minutes then called the customer care agent, the same answer but now asked me what can she do no reply from her boss.
Aladin Dobi at Damai Utama, what kind of customer service, can you still put in your facebook to shout about your service?
at this moment of typing the comments, no one called me to handle the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually frequent this place to do laundry especially during rainy season. Soap n softener is provided, so I just bring the dirty laundry. After washing, I used the dryer n my clothes come out dry n smelling great
