★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I’d share this, for serious buyers out there. Real estate agent was very misleading. Using pictures of Thailand’s 185 Rajadamri instead of ALAIA was one thing, but Eric Wong also lied to my face when I gave him multiple chances to say it was just a “render” or “fake picture”. Just kept pushing for me to see the place myself.
I was very excited at first until I saw the real Alaia on YouTube, and the pic looked different, so I reverse Google searched the picture and imagine my shock when I found out it was an apartment in Bangkok!!! I called them out on it and Walter was very honest about the reasoning & not pushy at all about it, so I was well aware of what’s going on. However I wanted to see how far Eric was gonna take it with his lies and intentionally omitting the fact that this was not the place. “It’s the sky dining” he says, when I urged him on which unit it was. “It is also available in the unit itself”.
No one impulse buys a home. I would’ve still been happy to see it even with a fake picture (which you’re not allowed to use a different developer’s picture btw), if they were honest. It would’ve saved everyone’s time (thank you Walter!) But it’s the LYING that got to me. Eric only apologized because he got caught. I don’t think he ever would have if I didn’t call him out on it, so I hope this review helps him to be honest with other buyers.
I recommend Walter tho if you’re serious about Alaia. He was honest about their intentions and provided proper details.
Alas, this wasn’t the home in the ad and not what I’m looking for. I can’t believe I almost got catfished though lol.
Be aware and good luck to everyone buying homes ☺️ many shady real estate agents out there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person is very friendly. They answer professionally. The sales gallery interior design is remarkable and very instagram-able! Currently not much of details and the show unit is not fully complete, but the layout is practical, there are no unusable space. The ID looks like a luxury version of Chow Kit Hotel.
