★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t smell brewed coffee like they used before... smell of sweets items more than coffee. The service was jut okay and nothing great like used before when experienced it at Jalan Ampang Drive thru outlet and at Gleneagles Hospital.

Honestly I had got no idea what kind of business this place is running with this kind of staff they employ. I hope that one find day, they start sending only the right person for the right job. My appetite just ran out once I received my cup of cafe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is super lit and comfy. Since their latest renovation, the place has gotten a really great touch to it. Very cozy seating area plus quite spacious too. The drinks are as always great and the service are also nice. I had a fun experience being there.

What I like : the crew/staff were friendly.
: they have outside seats available.
: COVID SOP is followed. One of the staff is outside to control the crowd.
What can be improved : the line can be long (due to COVID protocol maybe).
: tables outside are a bit dirty. If it is clean as you go, there should still be someone to check if the tables are dry and clean.
