1. Tiada senarai harga
Harga barang-barang disini 90% tidak ada letak harga. Bila tanya pada cashier, katanya nanti pelanggan marah sebab harga barang sering berubah. Kalau nak tahu harga, Kena datang ke kaunter.
2. Staff kurang mesra
Cashier jawab soalan dengan nada kasar sambil menjeling. Senyum pun susah. Baik jaga stor je la.
Kalau macam ni la punya layanan, acuh tak acuh, tutup la kedai ni.
