★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the vet is pleasant, also the staff. if one word that i could describe for the clinic is RELIABLE. dont worry as they are nice people to deal with. before handed your pet, they state clearly your bills, so you wont feel cheated or think they are some vet, trying to take advantage on you. the service charge also reasonable. the only problem happened was to find the parking. located in a quite busy traffic and you cant simply parking anywhere. but i think it only small problem if you are happy and satisfied with the clinic. good job for the clinic! plan ahead to go again soon for vaccine.

Reasonable price and clearly inform to customer before any procedures.
Boarding service also available with affordable rate.
So far all is ok except the parking as the clinic located at a busy road with narrow sidewalk which quite dangerous to park our car near/ in front of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh, the service is too slow.. My cat died for waiting for too long, and there is just 1 person before me and I have to wait about 15 to 20 min.. And just like that, my cat died right in front of my eyes. when the doc call me,my cat already gone but they still charged me even though no tools was being used, and my cat just lying inside the cage and the doc just keep babbling while I'm crying... Still they charged me.. Clinic shan or Noah Ark Clinic is 100% much way better than this clinic.. I used to left my cat at clinic shan about 4 days and my cat died, but the doc didn't charged me anything for food, drink and others... Noah ark clinic also good, i used to bring my 2 cats for check up but the doc just charged me for 1 cats instead of 2, they are so generous even though they are not muslim.. Sorry to say, but it's the truth, Muslim should be generous to others, don't be too greedy
