★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order placed and paid on Aug 27th and the owner separate into 2 deliveries (without letting me know) . First order was delivered on Sept 10th and the 2nd order was promised to be mail out by Sept 16th but later postpone to Sept 26th.
Ordered 3 items from the owner. Taste was all right , "wow" factor was not there, very disappointed. Order was delay few times and the owner did not notified me until I texted her and checked about the status of the order. Bad communication.
Here comes the 2nd delivery from the first order. Not one time the owner ever reach out to me about my order. After I texted her few times asking for tracking number on the Sept 26th . I was informed that order was not going to happen. But I did receive the refund.
The owner seem to be very popular in the area, but let me tell you, the quality does not worth the wait. Very irresponsible and not trustworthy business owner. Will not buy from again.
Update - The incident happened on 4/27/2021. I was making correction on the review that i left last year and it has updated the date from last year to this year. I apologized that I did not clarify the date when I was making correction.
Also, please remove my picture from your public page as it is untrue and if making the statement damages my reputation or ability to work, it is defamation.
Please let me know if you need me to send the snapshot from WhatsApp . I will be more that happy to do so .
