โ โ โ โ โ Should have a counter for customer only, or a counter for your agent only, 10++ people inside waiting, but only 2 counter serve. Suggest to be like AIA, provide the kiosk machine to let customer can made payment through it, just want to made a payment but have to wait for almost 40minutes. Damm slow??
