If you call staff x friendly directly, answer mcm want to be angry even though the new people are nice ... customer call service is very disappointing..hope you can change your attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor2 muda sekarang tiada integriti dalam merawat pesakit.. saya mengadu sakit kaki dan demam.. tapi tiada physical check oleh doktor.. hanya bagi ubat shj.. dan tiada susulan.. sedih dgn integriti pekerja kerajaan sekarang..
Young doctors now have no integrity in treating patients .. I complain of foot pain and fever ... but no physical check by doctor .. just for medication .. and no follow up .. sorry for the integrity of government workers now ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemudahan bagus dan selesa. Kecuali staf klinik yang kurang mesra, mungkin sebab letih melayan ragam pesakit.
The facilities are nice and comfortable. Except for the hospital staff who are less friendly, it may be because they are tired of treating patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are friendly and hospitable. Only the doctors are some outspoken and might be uneasy for some people. Otherwise, for regular checkup/HIV+Talasemia test or any other checkup/test than Pregnancy please avoid Monday for walk-ins because this day is packed with mothers with babies going for check-ups. Any day for walk-in is okay in my experience.
If you are feeling hungry due to the long wait, there is a small stall at the uphill opposite to the Klinik Pergigian that could take only a few minutes walk to get there. There is quite a few favorite menus as nasi lemak & teh tarik for breakfast.
The utilities at this premise is superb and i would rather go here for my wife & babies for checkup due to the convenience and comfort. You can watch the tv while waiting and read (old) medical & health magazines. If you happen to be alone, you can take the remote inside the card's slot at the doctor's door and select tv's channel you would like to watch! Well enough said from me, i hope everyone can find my review to be helpful as intended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities is okay and comfortable, but for the PPK was not helpful and please do not give a patient a sour look. They came to the klinik not because they like to be here and do nothing. Wheres the culture of smile? Please change the staff attitude. We knew tht u r tired at least help patients to understand how things work. Thank you and have a nice day!
