★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was overcharged. Went for an aircond service (retrieval and recharging). Was quoted RM120 by the worker (it was the standard cost for this car, i went to two other workshop to compare prices before i went to this one). I was also quoted RM120 by the boss himself. I said can i pay by card, he hesitated but then said ok. Then everything went smoothly, no leakage no nothing. Went to pay, and the CC machine was charging RM150! I ask the boss why 150, you said 120 just now. He said "the worker quoted wrong". Halo, he himself quoted RM120 leh! I dont care how thick your accent was, "wan twendy" and "wan fiddy" sounds totally different ok

No need to go to fancy big viral shop that will scam your money but not solving issues. Mr Kevin is very knowledgeable and will give the best advise based on the car condition. Thumbs up ???!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He knew the issue to my 2008 Honda City by just hearing the compressor. He even honored the warranty to change a brand new compressor when the new one he changed for me had a manufacturer malfunction leak after a few days. No questions asked, no additional workmanship
charges. Excellent service. Importantly trustworthy! Hv sent not only my cars, but recommended to my friends too. Good reviews frm them too!

Troubleshooting skill process is below average (using mechanics at sunway as benchmark)
Problem still fix, but I expect better from a shop which has denso label on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite rarely you come across a car mechanic that is honest at the same time very experience in repairs. The owner, Kevin, was very helpful and gave sound advice. Some parts that I thought needed replacement, the owner said it could be fixed, which saved me a few hundreds! Prices are fair for the work done. Definitely I would come back here again for future servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience dealing with alpha shop. First, i have choose this shop based on google map reviews, they have a good reviews . So i decided to go to this shop, the owner looks cool and experienced man. He diagnosed the aircon and he said i face this issue before( thermostat for RM 300).i believe his diagnose was correct . However, after 2 weeks i went back bcs the aircon is not cold anymore. Then he checked again and said you have leaking from the cooling coil (which i have never had before). Then he asked me to fix it for RM750.
So i went to other trustworthy shop to fix it. As you can see in the pictures its a screwdriver whole in the colling coil, which means they did intentionally.
To be honest i don t know who fix my car the owner himself or the other employers.
To recap, if you are foreigner and you don t understand mechanic AVOID this shop as far as you could.
