Waited at stair like begger.

This is self pickup expirience. Could not imagine for who order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers in Alpha Living is ?????... Ms Agnes, Archanah,.... They hv all been extra helpful! I bought the Giselle dishwasher, so easy to use.. The grass trimmer.. I went all the way to the warehouse in Balakong from Ipoh. I will strongly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Giselle dishwasher 2 months ago, now it malfunction, water level is low and pressure is not enough. I have send the dishwater to their warehouse for repair, they said they have fix it but still has problem now. Very bad customer service. Cheap product but low quality and poor customer service. not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 19Bar Giselle Espresso Coffee Maker from this seller, the machine is faulty after 1 week usage, yes , 1 week!
if you enjoy coffee with extra thick foam then please buy from them (70% foam and 30% coffee)
After checking with customer service, they said the foam so much it is due to high pressure and the coffee residue is wet but nothing they can do about it.
With that level of foam and wet coffee residue, the customer service say this is normal and nothing they can do about it.
seller thought customer never drink any coffee before in their life!

wait around 15 mins baru got admin come to you
mine got display issue with pressure cooker
bought on 12.12.19
i thought they exchange 1 to 1
but just change the outer pot not whole set
luckily got 1 year warranty
the admin said can bring again if got any problems within warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service center. Bought the dishwasher few weeks ago, the unit become faulty after one time use. Feedback to the supplier, they reply very slow. Service center reply also slow and keep on push here and there but not solve the problem. Ask can refund or replacement also no reply. Until today still no resolution. Please think about it if you want to buy their product. I am very frustrated now but don't know what to do.
It is like complain no where for the new faulty product that you bought. I feel like got cheated. Really hope they can solve my problem asap.
