I order my medicines via messages and get a reminder when to come for collection. It is really hassle free. This is one of the pharmacy store that I would recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

I contacted Pharmacist Ms Gan Hui Yeen. She is very helpful process my refund within 7 days. However, I was being charged SGD30 by the bank for the refund. Though no fault of Ms Gan, she went extra mile to get her company to reimburse a free delivery for my next purchase.
Indeed, the process of getting a refund from Alpro is surprisingly fast and hassle free through Ms Gan. Ms Gan is indeed a gem to the company.
