★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist Ms. Young is very helpful and patient enough in answering all my call queries and text questions related to hospital bed products plus other necessary support items for my grandma. She went above and beyond to help ensure that my late request to arrange the bed delivery to the patient's house was fulfilled. I also appreciated her time and effort travelling herself to the patient's house to make sure the delivery was successful and guided us steps-by-steps product usage and again attending to our family queries for hour. She is friendly, professional with a vast knowledge and able to provide medical advice on the spot. Thanks again for your assistance and keep up the great service and work!
