★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi,I wish to tell that I'm very happy and satisfied purchasing at Alpro austin. All the staffs are kind and cheerful. The PIC Yoong and her peer Ms Thana makes me feel delightful. Both of them frequently has a smile on their face and what I can tell was they enjoy serving customer in a happy, excellent and best way?
Other than it,they provide information abt medication and explained in a perfect way with suitable supplements. Even price was affordable especially for member. They had an special and affordable price for members too.
As a Pharmacist,Ms Yoong did a great job in a perfect way. Her explanation was too clear and it will be helpful for old peoples. It was so professional. Thanks for both of them ☺️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time when I bought a controlled medicine from here, I had clearly asked “Do I need prescription for this?” and they replied, “No, you can just buy it.”
I just went to buy there again. They had different staffs in the counter prior my last visit. Now, they’re asking me prescription for the same medicine which didn’t need prescription last time. That’s really absurd and unprofessional.
I do understand controlled medicine requires prescription. If you want to sell the controlled medicine with prescription at first place, you shouldn’t let customers buy it without prescription from the beginning. It confuses customers.
Really absurd and unprofessional. Annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I would like to make a comment here, since Alpro nearby Sunway university I choose it as a regular pharmacy to go purchase medicine and recommend my students as well but this past few weeks I walk in , an Indian staff thin with long hair approach me was not trained enough I think. I tried to search for Alpro private email but I couldn't get it so I would like to apologize to post it in public. I more prefer the tall and a bit plum Indian girl last time she is well knowledge about medications when I ask about anything, I was looking for her everytime I walk in but I couldn't get her nearly a year that girl and another small Chinese girl I always preferred but when newly open I prefer that Indian was very knowledgeable and polite explain anything if in spoantenoues. This is why I keep walk in to Alpro . Sorry I won't get in here anymore if this girl again serve me again she not good in English and not suitable to work in pharmacy as well. Please get a staff like the newly open that tall plum girl or the small Chinese girl they are professional enough to explain for the educated customer those walk in. This is not a first time but a few time the girl just took and give without any explanations about the medications. Thank you.
