★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent an hour waiting for this pharmacy to open at 10 am because they're the nearest from my hotel. When I got there, I asked for Decolgen and the lady was a bit confused. She asked what is it for. I said it's for cold and runny nose. Click click click on her computer and she said they don't carry it. I asked her what do they have then for colds. She said even if they do, she can't sell it because the pharmacist is not in. WHAT THE!!?? It's a pharmacy!!! On a Saturday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb convenient and great staff service. most of the pharmacy shops only let the customer grab and go but this one is different. Staff advice and recommendation make sure i am getting the correct stuffs before leaving. will come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia Store including pharmacy always intented make higher price out of normal price. Do you know what? The function is when patient or foreigner buy something they see2 people. Maybe they saw me wealthy when i ask them a discount (even i knew after discount is normal selling price) they said no discount. Then i walked out buy medicine another pharmacy surrounding there. If in Indonesia, people will complain you and demonstration until make you famous in media news and also TV. Do not wish you can still exist and do business.
