★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came twice browsing for a repellant roll but it wasn't available. The staff kindly asked for my phone number to notify me when the product is available.
Two days later I got a call from the same staff notifying me of the roll. Came back three days late and they reserved the roll for me. The only roll available. If this was a special request fulfilled by the store, then, I am more than delighted!
I am always critical of corporate, but credit is where it is due, and AM PM Bandar Putra, you just earned another loyal customer!
p/s: I thank that lady staff personally for following up the request with me. You know who you are.Boss belanja dia Starbucks satu kali!
