β β β β β Nobody is going to be happy if they target a unit very early on (but werenβt told it was a bumi-lot at the time) then gives out all their private documents and only finding out many weeks later that it is a bumi-lot. This exact thing happened to us so it was an absolute waste of our time because the phase 2 unit we were initially interested in turned out to be a bumi-lot and we were not interested in another unit. The sales executive told us that she only found out about the phase 2 bumi-lot information recently (meaning the companyβs management is terrible if it is true) which is strange as that information should be available after the planning stages are approved. Her plan clearly showed even the bumi-lot in phase 3 (not even launched yet) which made me speechless.
Not only that, she was also late by more than 30 mins to greet us on site even though we made an appointment at a certain time to see the show unit. It is a lame excuse to say you are handling another customer in the office at the time, I am sure every salesperson wants the house selling commission but like it or not, delegation should be common practice at times like this in order to improve customer service.
