★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boutique was nice n cosy. The arrangement of the rack is properly done with model and sizing. The staffs are very helpful and polite.. They just need to update their stock more often so the staff can easily find the size or they can just using a handy device to check for the code n sizing instead of goin to the store n come back.. pricing is affordable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During raya I'm desperate to buy any Baju raya, and found this store in Zalora SG. Straight buy and all. Once the baju raya arrived. There's no freaking buttons. Then I check the pic inside the zalora, it's complete with the button. And after asking the HQ. The HQ just simply tell me, "usually we give button if come to store" WTH is the difference??? Why u can't just put inside the parcel?? And then on the raya eve I need to find the buttons and all. Wasted my sgd100 on this not even have rm100 quality. Such a scam. Please don't buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and comfortable place. Bought songkok and the salesperson is nice and helpful. Lots of fitting rooms and full size mirrors. Only complain is that we have to leave our shoes outside and it felt like someone could have just snatched it. ? Maybe a shoe rack inside? Just a recommendation

I just want to reconfirm when ur side can ship out so that item can receive before raya, no answer given by their side. Please do not purchase online especially during raya or u will regret

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place I always go to every year to buy my Baju Melayu for Raya and other occasions. The design for Baju Melayu were simple and classic. The textile quality and seam finishing were top notch. Plus, it is comfortable to wear all day. As for the boutique itself, it is much more comfortable and well designed as compared to their previous boutique located just opposite the current one. It is more spacious and have more fitting rooms. The staff were really helpful and tried their best to accommodate client’s needs. Kudos to Ain & the whole AA team, you guys have done great! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Really uncoordinated business, lack of staff leading to high work load, unhappy and rude staffs. Expect mediocre to bad service when coming here.
The store is a mess as there isn't enough people to put up the displays in the correct sections and not enough colour and sizing on the displays for you to try on. Expects clothes on the floor and the ones you try on in the changing room might not really be hygienic clothes.
The staff will constantly side eye you when you ask for anything even for availability of colours, sizes, designs, etc. She will talk down and be condescending to the customers and to be fair even her male coworker whos working in conjunction with her to find the requested item is rude to her as well but its very clear he's screaming and cussing out telling her how many times he have to tell her that specific colour and size for that design is no longer in stock. This arguments although between staffs is very clearly said infront of customers which is not professional at all. She was also not wearing mask so becareful coming here with your kids/elderly.
Only one staff at cashier to handle both payments and complaints. There will be customers going in to ask for exchange cause wrong size or colour from ordering online. It will take 30 mins to an hour for her to deal with each complaints so expect long waiting time just to pay for your items.
The product itself is fine nice material and tidy seams.
