★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and good place to live given that it is so close to the Maluri MRT station and Aeon Maluri. But if you stay just beside the construction building that has been going on ever since i stayed here (2 years), you need to be mentally prepare for the noise coming from the construction site from 9am to 6pm everyday, except on Sunday and PH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay! Just three MRT stations away from Bukit Bintang, and 20 minutes walking from IKEA Cheras. One bus number 420 to Pudu, and 402 to Titiwangsa via KLCC! With integrated and train station, I am always close to everywhere. Swimming pool and gym is quiet most of the time, you feel like it's all yours.
The only thing is that there have been domestic fights —which I think is normal to happen once in a while in any apartment. The last time it happened, I directly went to the security to report the noise. To my surprise, I was told that someone had been dispatched—even before I arrived there—to deal with the matter. When I am back to my unit, there was no more noise nor fights. Satisfaction.
