β β β β β Alhamdulillah, seronok pergi umrah dengan Amazing Umrah sebab ada program khatam quran 2 kali di Masjid nabawi dan masjidilharam, mutawwif pon terbaik mesra dan berpengalaman, hotel memang dekat cantik selesa dan terbaik, staff di Amazing Umrah semuanya mesra siap buatkan air hot chocolate lagi bila kami datang, mereka ada group leader dari kalangan staff yg membantu mutawwif dan menyantun jemaah, Alhamdulillah saya dah pernah pergi Umrah banyak kali dengan travel lain, dan saya dapati Amazing Umrah lah travel yg paling terbaik, semoga Amazing Umrah terus berkembang maju, lagi satu nak habaq harga pakej memang berbaloi sebab All in tak payah pikir apa dah bila sampai Tanah suci, semua mereka uruskan, Alhamdulillah ?
 Thank you, enjoy going to Umrah with Amazing Umrah as we have a 2 hour qatam program at Masjid nabawi and masjidilharam, mutawwif pounds are friendly and experienced, the hotel is near pretty comfortable and the best, the staff at Amazing Umrah are all ready to make hot chocolate again come on, they have a group leader among the staff helping the mutawwif and helping the congregation, thank God I've been to Umrah many times with other travels, and I find Amazing Umrah to be the best travel, I hope Amazing Umrah continues to grow, one more heatq Package prices are worth it because All in all don't think about anything when it comes to the Holy Land, all they care about, thank God ?

1. Pandai menipu jemaah, last minute tukar hotel, taif kena cancel.
2. Banyak caj tersembunyi, pakej asal termasuk makanan. Tiba2 kena tambah lagi untuk makan.
3. Hanya cepat balas whatsapp bila minta duit, bila minta refund selalu dilengah-lengahkan (Skrg hilang terus)
4. Pengurusan yang sangat lemah, dari pihak atasan sampai staff. Hanya pandai bercakap dan berjanji manis tetapi kosong.
5. Paling buruk sekali, suruh staff sendiri buat review baik2 di facebook, google. Muaz, hafizul, syamimi tu semua staff. Sebab nak tutup review buruk dari jemaah sebelum ini.
Aku tak kan halalkn duit aku yang korg guna. Moga Amazing diberi balasan setimpal kerana mempermainkan jemaah umrah
I'm giving it a 5 star reason
1. Clever congregation, last minute hotel change, cancellation.
2. Lots of hidden charges, original package including food. Suddenly more to eat.
3. Just reply to whatsapp when requesting money, refund request is always delayed (Book now lost)
4. Very poor management, from top to bottom staff. Just good at talking and promise sweet but empty.
5. Worse, ask your own staff to do a good review on facebook, google. Muaz, hafizul, syamimi are all staff. For closing a bad review from the previous congregation.
I'm not going to spend my money. Moga Amazing was rewarded for making fun of the congregation

Harga sgt berpatutan dgn hotel yg sgt selesa utk family saya .. staff yg sgt baik & memahami ..hotel yg sgt dekat utk kami berkeluarga menunaikan ibadah .. yg paling penting pakej amazing umrah sgt amazing ada khatam al quran 2 kali ? sebelum ni saya travel umrah lain sbb tk sempat khatam & dgn amazing umrah alhamdulillah sempat khatam . Assalamualaikum, I am very satisfied with amazing umrah. Affordable price for a comfortable hotel for my family .. nice staff & understanding .. a very close hotel for our family to worship .. most importantly amazing package umrah is amazing qat al-Quran 2 times before other umrah travels as tk khatam & amazingly umrah thank god khatam. It's highly recommended

β β β β β alhamdulillah, hotel yang sangat dekat, sangat selesa bila bawa semua satu family duduk dalam satu hotel beramai ramai, hotel ada 2 tingkat. sangat senang nak turun ke masjid, kat bawah nak beli barang pun senang. Alhamdulillah, mutawwif sentiasa teman bila nak pergi tempat tempat ziarah. sampai KLIA dapat pulut kuning. staff semua sambut masa Sampai kat klia. ya allah, terharu nya
thankfully, a very close, very comfortable hotel when you bring all your family in one big, two-story hotel. very happy to go down to the mosque, and downstairs to buy something fun. Thankfully, mutawwif is always a friend when traveling to places of pilgrimage. until KLIA can turn yellow. The staff is welcoming all the time. oh my god, it's touched
