★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new brand laptop computer at this shop, under 1 year warranty. The next day, the computer could not start. I sent it back for repair.
One month has gone, the computer is still under repair. I need the computer immediately for doing urgent documentation.
When ask the tauke about the progress of the computer, he just mention repair without any sense or interest of wanted to solve the problem for me.
Now, its into the second month of repair. I think they should just give me another new laptop computer if it takes more than a month to repair.
This way of doing business and after sale service not efficient, really poor. I am very frustrated and regretted at the same time for have bought this LC that costed me thousands of ringgit from this shop.
Please remind others not to buy anything from this shop.

i left my laptop there at Saturday and they say only needs 2 days to fix it, but i i called them at next Tuesday, they never answered the calls.
then i get there again at Wednesday, they haven't start working on it, didn't even check anything.
the staff kept saying "will finish today" but kept procrastinating until the next week.
overall a very bad and poor computer shop...
don't come here pls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have send my laptop here, to reformat. They technician said 2 days will be settled. Morning until 3pm called so many times, but no response. From outside this shop I called nobody pick up phone. I saw all are they chit chat sitting there.No professional at all. Guys don’t give business to this kind of attitude persons. Very disappointed.
