Great, friendly, and extremely qualified staff, willing to give guidance and advice on what to improve on in order to get the maximum results of the workout. Do also check out their fitness class like Zumba, Body Combat and RPM.
Third month with them and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape !
