Brought mother who is a senior citizen and a person who is mildly handicapped to manage her RM 50000 fixed deposit but was told it will take very long time to serve her after clearing our customer token number. The worst bank I encountered. No heart for senior citizen and handicapped person. The incident occurred today on 18th June 2018 at about 3pm to 315pm at the number 13 counter at Jalan Haji Abdul Aziz branch. We hope a stern action will be taken on this particular employee who was doing her job very very slow. In fact I left to Public bank near the vicinity at Jalan Haji Abdul Aziz who had less staffs with more customers manage to settle our fixed deposit fund in a few minutes taking the view and priority of a senior citizen and disability. Very bad service by AM Bank. I will also bring this matter to Kuala Lumpur Headquarters as well.
