Our account is kena closed and we can only wait for an email from the KL headquarters. It has been more than 10 days since today and canโt reply? You all can't call the headquarters and resend email? Need to shirk responsibility and be lazy ?

โ โ โ โ โ Not even qualify to gain 1star lols.. went there to change my atm debit card.. ask me to go home and do it online.. I searched the whole internet to know how to change it online cause I can't find it in the website/apps.. called CS they said replacement of debit card can be done at branch only.. what a jokes
