★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiu Chang Noodle is chewy in texture. Trying the limited edition Mala Dry version with Bursting meatball and sliced pork. Tasty bursting meatball. Superior soup is sweet with fish and prawn taste, though the Tear noodle was typical pan mee style. The Homemade meatball is also tasty. Sliced fish is rubbery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place reminds me of Go Noodles in the early days... Quality noodle, quality "liu" in clear broth or dried option. Premise spacious with nice decor. Service was great too. I'd only say the pricing is a bit above average - about 12.90 for a bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like their fatty handmade noodle...very different from others. Can feel their texture very chewy and gummy.
There are 3 types:- Soup, Dry and Mala (spicy) I like their bursting balls filled with sesame oil but the sliced porks too strong smell of porky ( I guess they should dip in the cooking wines to remove the smells ). Ambient of the shop - very bright and clean. Every seat got plug connections, convenient for students hang-out here, maybe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10-FEB-21 - First visit here, I love the chewy springy noodles where I believe some complained about it. Keep it up! Don't change anything! Its perfect!
The broth was good, I don't feel salty the next day! Portion just nice for me but of cause I prefer additional 10% more. I ordered extra. The only thing I dislike is the dumpling,... tasteless, blant, not nice for soup base. Why not you fry the dumpling instead? 5 Star for now, coming back for the dry noodles and MALA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dry Mala Noodles from this place is really delicious! Noodles are ‘QQ’, as well as chewy, and the spiciness is just right.
Their homemade balls are also good and tasty.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was scouting around for a dine in place in SS15 since the one I wanted to go does not allow dine in yet. Saw this shop and decided to try it out. Both the Mr and I are very delighted over this place. It may not looked like it but the noodles are springy and the broth is superb.
The best part is the Chilli. Lots of lime in it and it blends well with the noodle. Only gripe is that the dumpling is a tad too skinny for my personal preference.
Will come back for their croissant. It looks delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to enjoy noodles and tea break. Prices is slightly higher than most in the area but tasty. Very tasty if you like spicy or herby soup also got option for rice if you want. Recommended for down time and a nice lunch break if you want peace and quiet.
