โ โ โ โ โ Bought product from this company. It was defective and when I provide feedback and asked for assistance they put poorly trained staff with loads of excuses. Manager also had same attitude. Not professional and interest is to sell and profiteer. Do not buy ever buy from them anything.

โ โ โ โ โ The after sales service is really bad, staff did not answer my question at all and ask me to get a plumber to answer all my question instead. In a way they telling me just buy and dont ask any question from them, such a IRRESPONSIBLE seller!! What's the point to buy from you when i can ask plumber!!

โ โ โ โ โ They have alot of things to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very slow, unfriendly & very rigid. I really wanted to buy, but I've choosen another supplier cause I'm very sure ill have aftersales service/support issue with such attitude. You lost my business and will loose many if you continue like this. Please improve drastically.
