★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is not friendly and unhelpful towards newbie baker, has a really bad attitude, treats customers like owed him a million dollar. The ingredients are not cheap and not fresh, don't buy at this shop!! There are many other shop around the area much better than this. I won't go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service the staff is not friendly at all and they except visa only 50 and above TNG more worst except 20 above what wrong with below is it not money??? and plus when this Pandemic started they only except 5 person at once also you guys need to buy big amount of item if you guys just come in to buy 1 item they won't allow you to go in very bad service eventho the they are varities of product they but no point i recommed you all go to fun baked i really love this place the staff is friendly and helpful plus they also have varities of things to choose from and the price is cheaper there this is my first and last go to Amiplus very bad service!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be greeted once you enter this shop, each and every time.. warm amd friendly staff. Mr Chong and Kak Linda is great in attending customers. Here is the place where you can find almost everything about baking stuff and ingredients. Nice extra service and smile....

I used to came here to buy butter n container. The male boss are very helpful.
Spend thousands rm seasonally during raya festives. But staff and the lady boss are bad at communication and treating customers with respect. Re pack brand are not recommended.
Ive stop coming here as there is no point of complaining.
