Collected my balloon and it bursted while walking to the parking lot, not even 5 min. Went back and ask if they could do anything, they said not thier problem and will only make a new one if I pay full price +wait for another hour.
The pathetic part is, one of the balloon (smaller balloon that was in the big one) burst infront of the younger lady and she said "I don't know". It's not an expensive balloon but i pay rm25 for it, lasted for 5 min.
I am speeless, sad and confused. They said the balloon will be fine for 3 days but not even 5 min it bursted. End up showing up to the surprise party with an broken balloon
