★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang mesra pelanggan, susah untuk dihubungi. Pada 22 oktober 2018 jam 4.20 ptg saya ada call untuk bercakap dengan staff bernama Zura untuk berurusan dan yang menjawab panggilan meminta saya tunggu di talian sementara beliau mendapatkan Zura tetapi dibiarkan talian tersebut selama lebih dari 5 minit hingga terputus. Sepatutnya beritahu saya status panggilan tu. Saya cuba call balik tetapi langsung tidak dijawab. Saya buat pesanan melalui no WhatsApp yang dipegang oleh Zura pada sebelah tengahari tetapi hingga habis waktu be kerja LANGSUNG TIDAK ADA RESPON.
Saya hantar juga pesanan melalui email namun tetap tiada respon. This is how malay doing the business ..
 Less customer friendly, difficult to contact. On 22 October 2018 at 4.20 pm I had a call to speak to a staff named Zura to deal and who answered the call asked me to wait in line while he got Zura but left the line for more than 5 minutes until disconnected. You should have told me the status of the call. I tried to call back but was not answered at all. I made an order through the WhatsApp number held by Zura in the afternoon, but until the end of work, there was NO RESPONSE.
I also sent a message via email but still no response. This is how malay doing the business ..
