The condo itself was very nice. Large house capacity with 3 bedrooms and to bathrooms. The only one problem was the management..5 stars for the condo but 0 for the management.

Entrance got water leaking for many months hence get 1 star, security quite polite & cleaner are hardworking too, Nice view anyway =) 😀

New Restructure for this condo. I was the first owner staying for 13yr+. This condo definitely improvement since last year March 2020. This was a nice return for us this year. One year to fixed up all along 13yr nightmares that was the important Swimming pool, Lift, Roftop water tank...etc. Add on have mini mart & free washing car area for resident. Location always is the best. Investment OR own stay is the good choices. Bank, Mall, pasar malam....that make value there. ? "Never have house cannot sell or rent, only the price in correct ways or not." Only Rocket price, that will INTERESTED PARTIES (SELL O BUY) can PM me. Welcome to share more about the condo details. I'm always be the truth of the stories ? I'm believe have good investor will appreciated this condo. EYE see the truth, blind only can’t see what will happened.

I'm just curious why still have those funny "talent" or the residents to make complaints on the management. I'm with family stay here more than 5 years and we already suffer all the breakdown of facilities and security problems but now we happy to see all in order but minor of people still make such complaints. Please move out and get the new place ???

Guards are collecting RM5 from guests/ visitors in order to park their vehicle at the visitor's parking. No receipts provided when asked. Where does this RM5 goes to? Same charges for overnight parking and for 10 mins parking. How absurd for the management to collect money without providing official receipt?

Very rude security. Should learn how to respect your visitors or tenants. Talking like gangster. First thing to improve the image ... engage a more quality security company please.

Condo is good but the management have their very own circle and they should include multi racial culture in the management team instead of current situation. Whenever there’s a complaint they request us to fill in the complaints form. Why there’s delay in action when we follow their proper sop and sent the forms? What’s the purpose of the complaint form ? For whoever the one respond to my review, please DO NOTE that I have all the rights to post my view and that's the fact. No point attending AGM since its not a fair voting system here.

Budget condo build by low reputation developer DemiPrima, original price RM120K with structural issues (go google what is house structural issue), parking & corridor wall cracked shifted location year to year. Swimming pool leak for many years because of using inferior material (the only 2 out of 18 condo I knew was leak). Covering with new paint only temporary hiding the real issue. As owner here, seriously not recommend to buy this high density condo. See this rare photo - garbage collection roof lifted, parking wall cracked. This is about building, NOT about management, they are doing great fixing issue!
