โ โ โ โ โ Bought a house here happily but end up with alot troublem and problem. Defeat everywhere, pass key when the house not ready yet, no electric, no water, no cleaning. Defeat half year ald also haven done. Dunno how this company hired worker. Workers attitude is totally out. If dunno how to build house, pls quit this field, dont make ppl in trouble.

โ โ โ โ โ Worse developer ....Recieve the key on April 2019 and from day one have water leakage at master bedroom and guest room...When give defects form a unskilled person come and put silicon...Until i lost hope and do it ourself. The regulation keep on changing and security deposit raise to rm3000..Imagine we want to fix lights for rm800 and need to pay security deposit for rm3000...And best part will get in 60 days time...I am super happy with this unmanagable developer .....And the gym we are using start leaking not even 8 months we start utralise...All fake promo to sell but once sell the most worse customer service ....They monthly maintenance fee suddenly chnaged to quaterly without any info and change description as security fee...Very untrustable developer

โ โ โ โ โ Bought house here. Initially promised for 2 tier security guard. But until now dont have that. House quality is very poor. You make a complain also they will not bother about it. The gym until now still empty but collecting utility fees every month.

no management (pay for gym and guard only), community group only available for phase 1 house
gym so small and swimming pool too dk how to fit for phase 123 residence i think phase 4 and 5 are coming soon (even the people who in charge entrance dint follow sop)
workers so unprofessional, launch complaint not effective , a lot of workers resigned, this company so complicated.
FB used to have a lot of bad review but ardy closed the review
