β β β β β The worst Amway outlet! I waited 20 minutes to enter inside and waited 40 minutes to make payment. Only 4 customers Q to pay payment but took them 40 minutes.

β β β β β Amway is such a big and reputation company but your staff is so unprofessional. Donβt let them spoilt your name. Your girl was eating something when I approaching the cashier, she no even wash hair. When is the cleanliness which so emphasis in current pandemic ?
Furthermore after done the transaction no even say thank you. At least a basic manner should have.

β β β β β Customers did not obey SOP by social distancing. Too many people in a store with no control. Mentioned to the staff, staff said βcustomers did not followβ, you should have people there to control too. Stood at the queue for more than 30 minutes. Very very bad service.

β β β β β Understood the practice of social distancing and capacity control to enter to the store, but it was kinda long wait during the pay, each cashtill took about 10 to 15 mins for each customer. They were an express queue with below 5 items but it was no open for acess.

β β β β β Terrrible experience! There are only two cashier and I have 5 item to pay waiting at express line, Iβm front of me only have 3 people to wait, but taking 45 minutes till me turn. Really awful!
