β β β β β In my opinion, this outlet is rather satisfying. But the only thing I struggled that is the queue, if the queue could fully operate by the staff, it would decrease the downtime and wait for the customers.

β β β β β The one thing that bothers me are the Amway distributors that always seem to annoyingly appear out of nowhere when you are inquiring about something with the cashier. They will approach you in a over-friendly manner whether you want them to or not and the way they interact with you has the feel of a βscammerβ that is trying to swindle something from you. My advice for non-members would be to apply for membership individually if you are not married or as a married couple but do it yourself instead of applying under these Amway distributor who are only trying to make money. The minds of people affected by the Amway brainwashing are contagious and it could even affect relationships with their own family and friends.
The parking here is free but there is a lack of it so you do need a bit of luck during a busy day. The service is a funny subject because the queues at the express counter are longer and slower than the normal counter so something is amiss there.
Having said that however, the place does have some good items(even limited ones every now and then) with affordable prices but most of the items here are quite expensive.
At the end of the day, we are not interested in getting involved with the Amway (brainwashing cult) career and I advise people to stay away from it. But if you need something that can be bought at the shop then feel free to visit.

β β β β β BAD attitude to walk in customers. First time ever heard that the customer needs to show the original IC and proof of membership in order to make the purchase. In fact, the cashier is neither wearing gloves nor performing proper sanitization after touching our IC or items.
Thank you for calling me and "advising" me on how great Amway did to ensure that the member is secured although they are touching your thing without following SOP. Yes, customers are all wrong. Thus, I am changing my review so that your reputation is remained. (Phone call by 04-5025879 at 12.14 pm) Now, my concern is how Amway gets to know my mobile number? Is it legal to "get" the contact number via Google this way???

β β β β β Before MCO3.0 went there ask about Expired product is it can be change, Customer Service attitude bad, even I greet him first also no reaction, no smile, no answer, just wait you tell the problem. After heard my question, just say cannot be change! Fine, I just want to know whether can change, not insist to change, no need show face to me. I will not go there again.

β β β β β So dissapointed to the staff's attitude.
I entered the shop at 6.55pm. But due to Ramadan fasting and Muslim staffs need to buka puasa at 7pm SHARP, I was being hurried by 3 persons (looks like management level).
First of all, the operating time is not updated in Google.
Second, when I entered, they didn't notify me the reason they wanna hurry me out but just saying '5mins left ah'.
Third, I already knew what I want to buy, instead of window shopping. I directed to the rack and took the products. However, a manager-like guy approached and asked impatiently: "u buying things ah? 3mins only". I was so confused..??! And I looked around, 2 more guys were walking around and kept mentioning 3 more minutes. Like they were chasing their clients out...
The way they invite their clients to go out can be further improve... Definitely.....
So guys, please take note on the new closing hours to avoid visiting at the wrong time... Sighhh
