★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Corporate Team Building. Imagine only two staff there, and they have to cook, clean and tidy up all dorms & rooms for almost 30 people who were there on one weekend having their Team Building! This boils down to the management taking advantage of these staff. The dorms are not exactly cheap. With only 2 main staff present, naturally maintenance was bad. Bathrooms / toilets are dirty and have stains. Toiletries insufficient and not refilled. Trash cans not cleared throughout the 3 days we were there. Food quality can be improved. I felt the 2 staff can only do so much. For the owner of this place, I will say that if you want to continue this business and improve, you definitely need more good staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just check out from the villa. Poor and bad management! If you want to ask about the price & others facilities about the villa, you need to make payment first. If not, then they will block your number and not entertain any questions. I made deposit, then they entertain me as polite as they can. Villa is quite far from other houses & villas. Suitable place for gathering, but price is very pricy! RM 60 per pax for bed & breakfast only. If you want to use BBQ pit, you need to pay extra RM 200. No kitchen will be provided for you. Everything need to rent & pay & rent & pay. RM 60 only for dusty bed & breakfast. I have a batch gathering for 30 pax & the owner keep calling me asked us to keep quiet at night before he called police & asked us to switch off all light at 11pm? Are u serius? What is the use of our gathering? And more worst is, the next day, we used the bbq pit to reheat left over food & the owner called me to pay for another RM200!!!!!! I was speechless. Then I asked him to call my partner that handle the gathering if he want the money, but the owner didn’t call him at all!!! Are u serious? The owner only text & call me if he want money because Im a woman? Poor & bad management! Im dissappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad management and the place is dirty as well..No proper staff was there to help us with our check-ins..Towels provided have stain and is super not clean..The toilet of the so called junior suite was not maintained at all..The water heater is not working and water is leaking out from the pipe..No sense of hygiene from the staff..They even place the cat’s food together with the food that they gonna serve customer..Please do something to improve the service and maintain the villa better..Definitely will not recommend to anyone to visit this place and will not go back there again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from Anani Villa for 2d1n team bonding session. To be honest, quite worried after reading the review over Google but eventually decided to give a try and ended up with awesome view , the dorm is clean and tidy, the staff here are very helpful and polite and the BBQ Lamb is superb! Surprisingly less mosquito here as the management has done the pest control regularly (advise to bring mosquito repellent too, we are in the jungle anyway) We are having Paintball (ard 20 mins drive from Anani Villa) and jungle trekking to Lata Tampit Waterfall (Those who love nature should come here! )
Highly recommended place for a short escape from city and back to mother nature!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very angry on this management. Have been booked to visit and intended to view the villa one week ago appointment have set. The person in charge clearly know my keen of date on stay and suggested I should pay a visit before confirmation. Last Sunday confirmed on our visitation date & day. Wednesday started not replying, and not picking up call. One hour before visiting from all over the city centre, noticed that they are online and finally able to reach them end up told us the date was booked and everything not confirmed since we did not official confirm anything, we can still visiting if we want to come. Very disappointing management and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is exceptionally poor, viewed from the sanitation point. Since the first day we check-in, we told the person in charge that the toilet was dirty and asked them to arrange staff to clean it. In the end, it didn’t matter. In the end we clean it ourself, the food was very poor. They are all cold, undercooked and charred. The staff is not very friendly. It is extremely disappointing. There will not be a second visit. If you think to choose this place to make any activities, please think twice.
