★ ★ ★ ★ ★ late check in... the room is not available even at 3.30pm. I have to wait for quite sometime.. my kids and parent have to wait in the car.. i'm very dissapointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all ..im happy with the receptionist..good with smiles n very humble (kalaivani and hiza or fiza(the petite one with tudung)though i did not get my seaview room but..i manage to get a room with little view of the sea and my room was nice and clean..aircond is good..

Good breafast menus at reasonable prices...
The rooms was new renovated.. But the carpet inside bedroom was watery because of water leaked from bathroom...Hotel Need to find solutions on this issue.. But they provide a air blower to slowly dried off but not sufficient...
Overalls ok for me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Accommodation. For sea view request for higher level at Block C. Pool with slides. 2 pool for kids. Wifi only at lobby. One of the room air cond not working. Helpful staff to upgrade room.

Staff : receptionist i think her name is UDA was very friendly and welcoming.
Pak cik guard also super friendly!!
- apartment : awesome! Very big for two person. Clean, huge balcony, super cooling and quiet airconds, complete toiletries, kitchen stove.
-parking : limited but for us, we can find it easily in basement
- beach : easy 3 minutes walk
- service : FAST!!! Called to request mineral water, and they sent it right away in 5 minutes.
Must repeat this : aircond is so nice! Cold and not noisy
