★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. emailed request parcel collected for refund since August 2020 and they never show up. contacted them few times, they will only apologies and say will follow up but never take any action. it has been more than 4 months, exceeded the time frame for me to get refund from the retail, who will be responsible for it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Contacted and was promised with pick up service but never did after 3 weeks. Keep sending emails but no response. Returned to the address given by H&M but it no longer in service and H&M is not aware. Stop telling to send you an email because it if works I wouldn’t leave this comment here. Called the number indicated on your page and of course, no answer either. H&M you better change your service provider because it is the most terrible I have ever encounter still figuring out how to return my item as I submit this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted your company to pick up my returned items since 3 Dec. Until today (16 Dec), no one has contacted me to pick up my items. Kept emailing your customer contact but the same standard answer being provided. Called your customer and they promised to provide status update but never. I wonder if customer service ever existed in your company. And you are in eCommerce operation business. I wonder why would any business outsource their operation to your company.

What i love the top 3 will be:
* Ping Pong room for game
* Free flow coffee from barista 9am-3pm :)
* Free flow Carlsberg 4-6pm :)
